These terms and conditions ("Agreement") apply to the sale and purchase of computer products ("Product" or "Products") by Hub & Partners, trading as Digi-Screens ABN: 61 649 180 610 ("Seller") to the buyer ("Buyer") in Australia. By purchasing Products from the Seller, the Buyer agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

No Return Policy: All sales are final, and the Seller does not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for any reason, except as required by law. In extreme cases we can determine a restocking fee to take the product back into our stock. The difference of the restocking fee and retail price is borne by the buyer.

Product Warranty: The Products are sold "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied, except as may be required by law or advertised with the product. The Seller does not warrant that the Products will meet the Buyer's requirements, or that the Products will be free from defects in material or workmanship. Product Information: The Seller makes every effort to ensure that the Product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, the Seller does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the Product information.

Price and Payment: The Buyer agrees to pay the Seller the purchase price for the Products as listed on the Seller's website or as quoted by the Seller. The Buyer must pay for the Products at the time of purchase, and the Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if payment is not received.

Delivery: The Seller will deliver the Products to the Buyer at the delivery address specified by the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Buyer is responsible for providing a valid delivery address and for any additional fees or charges associated with the delivery. Free delivery is not applicable for screens 65 inch and over. Charges may apply depending on the location of drop off and the hands required to delivery it to your place of purchase.

Limitation of Liability: The Seller will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Buyer's use of the Products, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. The Seller's liability will be limited to the purchase price paid by the Buyer for the Products.

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in accordance with Australian law.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Seller and the Buyer and supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements between the parties.

By purchasing Products from the Seller, the Buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
